Tour Description
Hike & HoopYogini is the perfect blended wellness experience incorporating mindful hiking through a lush jarrah forest, the joyful play of hula hooping and the gentle stretch of hatha yoga.
Wander out yonder through Serpentine National Park for a relaxing and reinvigorating 3km hike. This short but sweet hike winds through the jarrah forest filled with bracken ferns, xanthoreas and karri hazel.
We’ll pause our hike for our HoopYogini full body workout under the shady trees nearby the Gooralong Brook. As the adult sized hula hoop rotates around your body and you practice your dynamic calorie-burning movement you will provide your body with an all over massage. This incredibly restorative practice includes meditation and mindfulness prompts to bring you into the present moment.
After your HoopYogini session, you’ll be treated with morning tea and a delicious cold pressed juice before we finish our experience with a short hike back to reality.
It is impossible to hula hoop without a smile on your face and laughing, so grab a friend or join us solo for a Hike & HoopYogini experience off the beaten track!
Off The Beaten Track WA provide a trained and experienced Lead Guide & Tail Ender for our Hiking Experiences & Adventure Tours. We carry two-way communication devices, a personal location beacon when phone signal is not available and we’re a fully licensed, insured and accredited Western Australian tourism business providing hiking and adventure experiences with a twist!
Tour Terrain & Experience Level
Fitness level: A basic level of fitness is required. This experience is suitable for beginner hikers, hula hoopers and yogis!

Booking & Cancellation Policy
No-shows and cancellations received within 7 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received 8-14 days prior to the tour departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received over 15 days prior to the tour departure will receive 0% cancellation fee and a full refund minus book/transaction fees.
Customers can transfer their booking to a friend or family member with no penalty but must advise in writing so Off The Beaten Track WA can provide confirmation information to this individual and ensure waivers are completed.
All bookings are made online via Rezdy Stripe or Paypal and are inclusive of GST and will incur a booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation.
If Off The Beaten Track WA cancels a tour you will be eligible to transfer amounts paid to another departure date or alternatively receive a full refund.
