Tour Description
Sound Healing is a gentle, yet powerful experience for the body, mind and soul. Combining the gentle vibrations of sound in a bush setting under the night sky is truly a magical. This is the essence of Sacred Sounds!
Sound Healing is the intentional use of sound to create an environment which becomes a catalyst for healing in the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual aspects of our being. To be healed is simply to become whole and reconnect with your true essence of self.
We will hike through the lush Jarrah and Banksia forest from Sullivan Rock to Mt Vincent and witness the warn afternoon sun filtering through the trees. As we reach the giant granite slopes of Mt Vincent we will enjoy amazing vistas to the West before reaching the peak to take in the impressive views to the East whilst enjoying a relaxing meditation session, followed by delicious gourmet delights at twilight. As we hike back to Sullivan Rock, we will witness the forest transform from twilight to darkness.
Arriving at Sullivan Rock, Sarah from Musical Kite String will guide you through a sound bath session under the stars using a variety of instruments including a WuChung Gong, Earth Bound Drum and Tibetent Singing Bowl. Sarah will also use her amazing voice to sing a chant which means interconnectedness, unconditional love, responsibility and oneness.
This experience will leave you feeling relaxed, restored and recharged!
