Tour Description
Experience a special starry night whilst you graze on a delicious gourmet antipasto platter and admire the wonders of the universe through our 14 inch telescope from Golden View Lookout in the Perth Hills!
Your senses will be ignited as you’re Guided on a 5km sunset hike along the Bibbulmun Track in the Darling Scarp to secluded granite outcrops with awe-inspiring views.
You’ll be welcomed to our “Star Grazing” deck with a glass of bubbles and a delicious platter of gourmet delights. After grazing on a smorgasbord of fine food, look up and graze on the sparkles above as Astronomer Rob talks us through a sky filled with stars and planets above.
This experience will connect you with nature, the universe and leave you feeling refreshed, revitalised and bellyful!
Off The Beaten Track WA provides a trained and experienced Guide/Host for our Hiking Experiences & Adventure Tours. We carry two-way communication devices, a personal location beacon when phone signal is not available and we’re a fully licensed, insured and accredited Western Australian tourism business providing hiking and adventure experiences with a twist!

Tour Terrain & Experience Level
This 5km section of the Bibbulmun track features some minor ascents/descents on a mixture of pea gravel and narrow rocky tracks. It is achievable for most with a reasonable level of fitness and suitable for beginner hikers.
What to Bring?

- Warm layer of clothing for after the sun goes down

Location
Depart: South Ledge Picnic Spot, Mundaring. Please note South Ledge Rd turns off of Mundaring weir Rd and is a gravel unsealed road. It is suitable and safe for 2WD vehicles but please drive carefully.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
No-shows and cancellations received within 7 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received 8-14 days prior to the tour departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received over 15 days prior to the tour departure will receive 0% cancellation fee and a full refund minus book/transaction fees.
Customers can transfer their booking to a friend or family member with no penalty but must advise in writing so Off The Beaten Track WA can provide confirmation information to this individual and ensure waivers are completed.
All bookings are made online via Rezdy Stripe or Paypal and are inclusive of GST and will incur a booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation.
If Off The Beaten Track WA cancels a tour you will be eligible to transfer amounts paid to another departure date or alternatively receive a full refund.

Your health and safety is our highest priority. In the interest of ensuring our guests stay safe and healthy whilst participating in our experiences, we recommend you keep a distance of 1.5m away from other guests during your time with Off The Beaten Track WA and if you are unwell, please stay at home.
