OTBT’s HikeFit Team comprises of Hiking Guides, a Physiotherapist, Qualified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach.
Each session will be slightly different in terms of distance and terrain. Each hike is designed to challenge you and your fitness. We walk fast on the flat terrain, and you’ll hike at your own pace up hills. This is NOT a bootcamp, it is HikeFit!
This program is for anyone who enjoys being outdoors, who wants to maintain or increase their fitness levels and loves hiking!
