Live Your Values

Distance

6.5 km

Difficulty

Beginner

Reconnect with yourself, your values and nature – an immersive yoga and hiking experience.

What if the path to living more authentically started with simply slowing down?

Join us for a nourishing half-day experience that blends gentle yoga, guided visualisation, values discovery, journaling and an immersive 6.5km guided hike through one of the Perth Hills’ most beautiful forest landscapes.

Together, we’ll step away from the busyness of everyday life and into nature, where clarity often comes more easily. As we move beneath towering trees, listen to cascading water, breathe in the fresh forest air and feel the crunch of gravel beneath our feet, you’ll be invited to reconnect with yourself and what truly matters.

Throughout the experience, Claire from Conscious Movement will guide you through grounding yoga and meditation practices before leading a thoughtful values discovery workshop using the beautifully illustrated Live Your Values card deck by Lisa Congdon. Through guided reflection and journaling, you’ll uncover the values that shape who you are and explore practical ways to live more intentionally and authentically every day.

As we continue our journey on foot, the conversations naturally unfold. Nature has a remarkable way of helping us quiet the noise, gain perspective and reconnect with our most authentic selves. This isn’t about reaching a destination. It’s about discovering who you are when you slow down enough to listen.

Along the way you’ll enjoy a delicious morning tea, meaningful conversations, moments of quiet reflection and the simple joy of moving your body through nature.

Your Live Your Values Card Deck (valued at $35.99) is yours to take home, providing an ongoing resource to support reflection, decision-making and living in alignment with what matters most.

Walk away with muddy boots, a full heart, and a clearer sense of the values that align with your soul.

This experience is for you if you:

  • Feel like you’ve been living on autopilot and want to reconnect with yourself.
  • Want greater clarity around what truly matters and how to make decisions that align with your values.
  • Love the idea of combining movement, mindfulness and nature.
  • Crave meaningful conversations, genuine connection and time away from the constant demands of everyday life.
  • Believe the outdoors has the power to heal, restore and inspire.
  • Want practical tools to help you live with greater authenticity, purpose and intention.
