Witness the sunset in the West as the full moon rises in the East from the top of Mt Vincent with Off The Beaten Track! There is something very mysterious about a full moon and when combined with a 5km hike along the Bibbulmun Track, a 1 hr Full Moon Yoga session followed by gourmet nibbles, you have yourself a great work out and a pretty magical evening!
Off The Beaten Track WA invites you to attend the Full Moon Yoga Hike on Thursday 18th April 2019 from 6pm. Be guided through Monadnocks Conservation Park, through lush Jarrah and Banksia forest and then out on to giant granite slopes to enjoy the sunset and amazing views from the peak. Here we will relax, take in the views and enjoy a full moon yoga session under the light of the super full moon.
Depart: Sullivan Rock Carpark, Albany Hwy, Mt Cooke.
Includes: Guided hike, gourmet nibbles & 1 hr Full Moon Yoga session lead by Parnita’s Yoga.
What to Bring? Camera, water, head torch with spare batteries, yoga mat, jacket, a good attitude and big smile!
