Off The Beaten Track WA has teamed up with Gabby Lewis from Do More Be More to bring you our HikeFit series!
HikeFit combines body weight exercises with gorgeous trail scenery and hiking kms to bring you a fantastic full body work out!
Our next HikeFit session will take you to the delightful Stacey’s Loop in Serpentine National Park. This short but sweet trail winds through jarrah forest filled with fallen hollowed trees, bracken ferns and grass trees. The foliage changes as you near the Gooralong Brook and a series of boardwalks offer a great platform to immerse yourself in this beautiful forest (and do some squats)!
Throughout your hike, Gabby will lead you in a series of exercises aimed at working the full body. Complete your morning HikeFit session with a delicious and healthy morning tea on a nearly granite outcrop whilst listening to the water cascade downstream.
