New moon is a magical time for self-reflection, relaxation, and enlightenment. Open the body and mind, set new intentions and goals. Imagine doing all this whilst you can feel the gentle breeze on your skin and under a starlit night mid yoga practice. That’s what you’ll get as we take you off the beaten track for our New Moon Yoga Hike.
Experience a 5km hike through Beelu National Park to various vantage points where you’ll admire the late afternoon sun as it sets across the valley. Combining this dose of nature with a 1 hour slow flow yoga session led by Maria from Parnita’s Yoga will leave you in a state of pure bliss. The new moon is the first phase of mother moon’s cycle. This divine occurrence happens every month when the Luminaries—sun and the moon—are in alignment. We celebrate a peaceful and invigorating new moon slow flow, so we can really feel the power of the new moon and the elements around you. To complete your evening of bliss we will enjoy a delicious gourmet antipasto spread under the stars.
