Watching the sunrise from the top of Sullivan Rock is a real heart-warming experience. As the sun peaks over the neighbouring hills and the light hits your face a sense of calm washes over you. Imagine watching this as you are mid-yoga session. That’s what you’ll get on the Off The Beaten Track WA Sunrise Yoga Hike!
Hiking and being out in nature is great for the body, mind and soul. Off The Beaten Track WA invites you to attend the Sunrise Yoga Hike on Sunday 2nd February at 5:30am. We will hike from Sullivan Rock to Mt Vincent at dawn and experience the landscape change as the sun rises. The hike up to Mt Vincent through lush Jarrah and Banksia forest and then out on to giant granite slopes offers amazing scenery and views. The hike can be challenging in some sections but very rewarding and when combined with a relaxing yoga session and delicious morning tea you have yourself a pretty awesome way to start the day!
Total hike distance is 5kms, the terrain is quite uneven with a steep ascent/descent so sturdy shoes with good grip are a must, the trail is achievable for most people.
Price: $50 adults
Includes: Guided hike, morning tea, mini meditation session & 1 hr yoga session by Parnita’s Yoga.
What to Bring? Water, camera, yoga mat with strap, a good attitude and big smile!
