Watching the band of the Milky Way arching right across the night sky is truly magical. Witnessing it from Sullivan Rock and it is simply unforgettable!
We will hike from Sullivan Rock to Mt Vincent through lush Jarrah and Banksia forest and then out on to giant granite slopes to enjoy the sunset and amazing views from the peak.
Here we’ll enjoy a delicious gourmet spread of antipasto goodness as we watch the sky transform from daylight to dusk to darkness.
Arriving back at Sullivan Rock, our Astronomer from Star Tracks Astro Events will take us on a magical journey of the night sky. Using an amazing green laser pointer, he will point out constellations, planets and share the wonders of the universe. Then you will have a chance to view it all through a large telescope. This will be a breath-taking and special starry night to remember!
